Chewing One Bite of Food, Thoughts, or News at a Time

Physical, mental, emotional - all are working with the same qi.

The Earth network of organs and channels processes information AND food. Overthinking or worrying can be like chewing, and chewing, and chewing on the same bite, without swallowing it. (✋🏼 I'm familiar with this one...)

I share a couple of suggestions in this video for helping that qi sink down and digest that food/information into what we need. (The acupressure points I mention are Stomach 36 and Kidney 27.)

Another helpful idea: Chewing one bite at a time. With so much news to take in and all the personal problems to solve, to keep scrolling through it all is like shoving in more and more food before the last bite has gone down.
